Terms And Conditions

Booking And Cancellations

Non-Refundable Booking Fee:

- To secure your appointment, a $20 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling.

- The booking fee serves as a deposit and will be applied towards the final bill upon completion of the service.

- Appointment(s) will not be accepted until booking fee is paid.

- Once the booking fee is paid, your appointment will be scheduled, and you will receive a confirmation notification.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to assist you.

- Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

- You have the flexibility to reschedule your appointment once within a 30-day period without incurring an additional booking fee.

- Failure to provide a 24-hour notice or a no-call/no-show will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

Terms Of Service

In-Person Consultation and Cost Estimation:

- Before accepting a job, we conduct an in-person consultation with you and assess your vehicle.

- This allows us to provide an accurate total cost estimate and estimate the required time for the job.

- Please note that over-the-phone cost or time estimates may be subject to adjustments after visually inspecting your vehicle.

- If the condition of the vehicle changes between the inspection and the scheduled appointment, the cost of service may be adjusted accordingly. We will notify you and obtain your approval before commencing any work.

Special Requests and Service Alterations:

- If you have any extra or special requests, kindly inform us when the service order is written.

- Any alterations or changes requested after the initial service package order has been issued may result in additional charges.

- Any modifications to the initial service package order must be approved in writing or text by both parties before any extra work begins.

- Please note that changes in fees or time, whether communicated verbally or in writing, will not affect the substance of this agreement. All the terms outlined in the agreement will still apply, with the updated rate and/or time.

Pre-existing Damages

Interior Components:

- During the initial vehicle inspection, it can be challenging to identify all pre-existing damages, particularly when it comes to interior components.

- Some vehicles may have broken, scratched, worn out, faded, non-functional, or cracked interior components that the owner may not be aware of.

- If our representative identifies any items that are not working properly or exhibit signs of wear, scratches, cracks, fading, or breakage, we will bring them to your attention.

Exterior Imperfections:

- It's important to note that dirt and other debris can sometimes conceal swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines, and other imperfections on the vehicle's exterior.

- If our representative detects any of these pre-existing paint imperfections during the assessment, we will inform you accordingly.

- However, please be aware that correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections may not be included in your specific service unless stated otherwise.

By Booking An Appointment, you agree not to hold Ace Platinum Detailing responsible for any damages in or on your vehicle.

Remove Personal Items

Please remove all personal items prior to your appointment. Although  we will take the utmost care with anything left inside your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any personal items left behind.

Child Seats

Due to child safety and liability reasons, we will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that our clients remove car seats and booster seats prior to appointment. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle we will do our best to clean around the car seat but can’t promise your total satisfaction.

Vehicle Battery

I understand, during detailing services, it may be necessary to keep the doors, tailgate, trunk, and hood open for extended periods, this prolonged exposure may lead to battery discharge. Ace Platinum Detailing will not be held responsible for any battery discharge. -- It is the owner's responsibility to ensure the vehicle's battery is adequately charged and in good condition before our team begins work.

Service Time Policy

Our service times are only an estimate. Your vehicle may take more or less time to complete the agreed upon services. Therefore, I agree to NOT rush or put a time period on Ace Platinum Detailing to complete the service.
